Drew Stevenson brings his 8 years of coaching experience to Robert Morris University, Chicago newest team. Born in LaFayette, New York, just south of Syracuse, Coach Stevenson went to Division III powerhouse Roanoke College. Moving to Chicago he helped developed Ignatius College Prep and started the Brother Rice High School’s lacrosse programs.

“We expect to compete immediately,” says Stevenson. “We’ve begun our fall conditioning and skills development, preparing our players for the next level, a faster brand of lacrosse than they are use to.”

He continues, “I’m looking forward to getting the program off the ground and building a program from scratch. We have a good nucleus to start and are actively recruiting the classes of 2013 and 2014, all positions. We expect to recruit great young men of character and dedication to work hard in academics, service and lacrosse.”
