What a weekend we have in store for MCLA fans! Great games across the divisions and throughout the weekend.

Let's start in Division II, where there are a dozen games listed on the schedule/scores page. The biggest one took place in South Barrington, Ill., and the contest was available via Periscope on the LakeShow's Twitter feed.

St. Thomas used a 3-0 third quarter to pull away from a halftime tie (3-3) to notch a 9-5 victory in a game far tighter than the score would indicate.

That's the biggest game during Judgement Weekend, but there are a ton of high-quality contests at that event. No. 9 St. John's raced out to a 14-0 lead en route to a 15-4 upset of No. 7 Kennesaw State. No. 14 Grove City picked up a nice ranked win by subduing No. 13 Minn.-Duluth, 8-5. No. 4 North Dakota State took care of No. 6 Dayton, 8-6.

Missouri State hammered Washington (Mo.), 28-1 to tie a program record for goals, but also show they are the leader to grab the GRLC AQ..

Division I is not wanting for quality games, either, with 15 games listed on the schedule/scores page. Highlighting Friday's slate is four games at the Battle for Baltimore in Owings Mills.

Pitt has the_mcla Snapchat account for the weekend, and it paid off it in a win. The Panthers knocked off No. 20 South Carolina, 9-6. In other action at the Battle for Baltimore, No. 16 Virginia Tech dropped No. 18 Boston College, 9-5.

Georgia Tech put its No. 1 ranking on the line against No. 5 Colorado, but the Buffs proved to be too much.

No. 3 Grand Canyon welcomed over 3,000 fans to its new stadium as it took down No. 8 Arizona State for a key SLC South victory.

No. 7 Florida State traveled to Lynchburg, Va., to face No. 25 Liberty this evening and the Seminoles could not handle the Flames, bowing, 11-7. Rough night for the SELC's Top 10 teams.
