Game Commentary Provided by Teams

Concordia hasn't commented on this game yet...
Cal State Fullerton started off the season with a bang, scoring on the first face-off of the night. The attack came out with force and scored 5 goals in the first quarter. The offense slowed down in the second quarter, as CSUF's defense made a stand and kept the ball on the offensive side of the field with strong riding, clears and ground ball pickups. The offensive slump ended, as CSUF opened the second half with a barrage of goals. The third quarter saw the CSUF bench with extensive play. 2 minutes into the 4th quarter there was a power outage at the CSUF Field and the lights went out for 15 minutes. Due to injury prevention and the score of the game the Referees decided it would be best to end the game. The game ended as the lights came back on. CSUF would like to thank Concordia University for making the trip, and give them credit for their improvements as they develop as a team. CSUF would also like to thank CU for the great food after the game, and their great sportsmanship.
