The Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) is a national organization of non-NCAA, college lacrosse programs. The MCLA currently operates with 200+ teams in two divisions, across ten conferences.

In 2010, Wis-Eau Claire was a member of the UMLL Conference. The Upper Midwest Lacrosse League (UMLL) consists of 6 Division I teams and 9 Division II teams, representing Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota.
