LYNCHBURG, Va. – City Stadium in Lynchburg, Va., will be the site of the 2022 Atlantic Lacrosse Conference (ALC) Division I and II semifinals and finals from April 30-May 1 with the champions earning an automatic qualifying berth to the 2022 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance.

The national tournament will be held in Round Rock, Texas, from May 9-14.

“We’re excited to be in Lynchburg for the next two seasons,” said ALC president Kyle McQuillan. “This newly renovated 9,000-seat venue will provide a fantastic lacrosse experience for our teams and fans.

“Concessions will be available along with multiple food trucks and other specialty items throughout the weekend. We have partnered with a wide group of sponsors from all across Lynchburg, and are excited to bring the ALC tournament to the Hill City.”

In ALC Division I, the first round will be held at host sites as the No. 2 and 3 seeded teams from each subdivision pair off on the weekend of April 23. The winners then head to Lynchburg (schedule below) and crossover to face the top seeds in the rival subdivision.

In Division II, the top four teams advance to Lynchburg with the teams playing a traditional four-team seeded tournament.
