DENVER - After rolling to an undefeated national championship last spring, Brigham Young has been installed as the favorite in Division I of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Conference (RMLC), according to the preseason coaches poll.
The Cougars, who will be looking for back-to-back conference championships, grabbed four of the six first-place votes. The other two went to Utah Valley, which lost to BYU in the title tilt of the 2024 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance. The Wolverines sit comfortably at No. 3.
Colorado edged Colorado State by a single point, filling out the Nos. 3 and 4 spot in the preseason poll.
