BOULDER, Colo. -- The Colorado men's lacrosse team released its 2017 schedule and the Buffaloes will play a 16-game regular season slate that features eight teams that qualified for the 2016 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour, including all four semifinalists.

Grand Canyon, Cal Poly, national champion Chapman and Georgia Tech were the last four teams standing last spring, and CU will tangle with all four -- the first two on the road and the latter pair at home. Eleven of the Buffs' 16 foes were ranked in the final Under Armour Top 25 poll.

After a pair of scrimmages against in-state NCAA Division II opponents, the Buffaloes open the season at home on Feb. 18 against Dominican (Calif.). Colorado ends its home slate by hosting the RMLC tournament on April 28-29 in Boulder.
