Lourdes Announces 2016 Schedule

SYLVANIA, Ohio -- A 15-game regular season, including four games at the team's new home, Wildcat Stadium, highlight the 2016 Lourdes University men's lacrosse schedule.

Head coach Patrick Yannarelli has announced that the Gray Wolves' season will open on Feb. 20 at Oakland, the first of five games away from home to open the year. Lourdes will face Central Connecticut State in a neutral site affair while also playing road games at Wofford and Saint Andrews on the team's annual spring trip before heading to Dayton on March 9 for the CCLA South opener.

The home opener is slated for March 12 when Grove City visits Wildcat Stadium before Lourdes returns to the road for contests at Cleary and Winona State.

A home game with Indiana Tech on March 23 precedes road tilts at Saint Ambrose, Taylor, and Siena Heights before Lourdes meets Michigan-Dearborn at Wildcat Stadium.

The final regular season road tilt of the year is slated for April 9 at Aquinas before the Gray Wolves entertain Lawrence Tech one week later in the regular season finale.

This year's CCLA championships are slated for April 23-May 1, with the quarterfinals held on campus sites while the semifinals and championships will be in Pittsburgh, Pa.
