LSA Announces D-I All-Conference

DALLAS – The trio of Texas, Texas A&M and Southern Methodist combined to grab all of the Lone Star Alliance first team all-conference selections as well as all four individual honors, which where announced on Friday on the eve of the conference championships in Dallas.

A.J. Hepting (41g, 21a) of Texas A&M and Nick McCall (40g, 28a) of Texas were voted co-Most Valuable Players while McCall took home Offensive Player of the Year accolades.

Adam Alsadek (2g, 3a, 34 GBs) of Southern Methodist was named the Defensive Player of the Year. Texas faceoff specialist Christian DeAngelis was the Rookie of the Year.

Arkansas head man Justin Jenkins was named Coach of the Year after leading the Razorbacks to a 10-3 mark.
