ATLANTA- Clemson attackman Aidan McNulty announced his return after missing the 2025 season in spectacular fashion on Friday night. The Huntington, NY native started the season with a bang dropping seven goals and two assists against the Florida Gators. McNulty’s efforts helped the Tigers cruise to the 19-7 win. McNulty's performance earned him the first Warrior Player of the Week award of the season.
“Aidan is one of the most dynamic yet humble players I have had the opportunity to coach. Every practice you can tell he genuinely wants to make the team better, however possible, whether that is providing an offensive spark, or playing defensive midfield. If a teammate needs advice or encouragement, Aidan will be right there. As one of our team captains this year, Aidan has shown that he is an excellent leader and his performance last night showed that he can also back it up on the field. He missed last year being abroad and he has come back more motivated than ever,” Clemson Coach Andrew Tobias said.
For his efforts earning the Warrior Player of the Week, McNulty will receive a Warrior Burn XP2-O head – a $120 value. Warrior is a proud sponsor of the MCLA.
