SAN LUIS OBISPO, California- Cal Poly has been picked the top spot in the preseason Western Collegiate Lacrosse League poll. The Mustangs garnered four first place votes and finished two points ahead of UC Santa Barbara, who defeated the Mustangs in the WCLL championship game in 2025 and earned two first place votes. Cal was picked third and Santa Clara rounded out the top four. Sonoma State was picked fifth only three points behind the Broncos. Nevada and Stanford took the bottom two spots in the poll.
