The Santa Clara Broncos are looking to fill an assistant coach position. The Broncos are coming off a WCLL semi-final appearance in 2025. The job listing is below.
We are seeking an Assistant Coach to join our team. This role involves supporting the Head Coach and staff at practice and on game day. The Assistant Coach will work closely with students helping them develop their athletic abilities while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
Duties
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting evening weekday practices.
- Provide instruction on techniques to enhance student performance
- Organize and lead drills that promote skill development.
- Attend practice and travel overnight on 2 weekends in the spring and to all away games.
Experience Candidates should possess a background that includes:
- Prior experience in lacrosse coaching or playing.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
