MOSCOW, Idaho — The senior class of 2020 had their season stolen from them.
For reasons outside of their control, they will never be able to pursue goals for which they worked so hard.
As part of a recurring segment for the remainder of this spring, coaches have the opportunity to thank their seniors one last time.
Continuing the series is Idaho coach Colton Raichl honoring his one senior.
#7 Kade Wagers, Faceoff Specialist
Boise, Idaho (Boise)
Kade Wagers came to Moscow as a sophomore after transferring from Puget Sound and made an immediate impact as the most dominant faceoff man the Vandals have ever seen.
Over his three years, Kade has won over 175 faceoffs, scooped up over 100 ground balls and even scored a couple goals along the way.
With only one senior on this years team, we asked Kade's teammates to describe him with only one word.
This is what they came up with: Leader (3x), tough (2x), tenacious, hardworking, baller, dominant, dedicated (3x) along with relentless and lighthearted.
Thank you so much for your time with us, Kade. We are so sad it was cut short, but we are ecstatic to see what you do off the lacrosse field!
