INCLINE VILLAGE, NV - The Sierra Nevada Men's Lacrosse Program will start defense of their Western Collegiate Lacrosse League title on the road this spring. The Eagles open with a President's Day game on Feb. 15 at Division 1 Chico State.

After Chico, SNC will play their first conference game at the University of the Pacific and then head to Las Vegas to face SLC powers, CSU Fullerton and 2015 MCLA National Runner-Up, Concordia University.

"Winter weather can always play a factor during our early season games," explained SNC Head Coach, Matt Blamey. To be safe, we schedule our first slew of games all away from Tahoe. We pride ourselves in being road warriors of sorts. It always helps come playoff time if your team is comfortable and able to win games away from home."

The Eagles will play 13 regular season games prior to the WCLL tournament. WCLL playoffs will be held in Novato, Calif., the weekend of April 30. The MCLA National Tournament will once again be held in Southern California during the week of May 9th-14th, 2016.
