ATLANTA – Chapman took over the top spot in the Under Armour MCLA Division I Coaches Poll in Week 3 and has refused to relinquish the position. The Panthers enter their sixth week atop the charts with a nearly consensus vote total.
Chapman has 22 of the 24 first place votes, with the remaining pair going to second-place Georgia Tech. This is also the sixth consecutive week that the Panthers and Yellow Jackets have gone 1-2 in the rankings.
The Top 5 remained static from last week, with Cal Poly, Grand Canyon and Brigham Young following in order.
Minnesota reentered the poll this week as the voters bid adieu to Boise State.
