Nathan Heaviland enters his second year of coaching at the University of the Incarnate Word. He attended and received his bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where he played lacrosse for 3 seasons with the Southwestern Pirates. He has experience coaching lacrosse at the YMCA, Alamo Heights High School, and the San Antonio Tacos Lacrosse Club. Nathan has helped to grow lacrosse in San Antonio by organizing summer leagues and men’s travel teams. He is now a graduate assistant and pursuing his master's in kinesiology at the University of the Incarnate Word.
