Coach Duca is entering his 4th season as head coach and 7th overall with the Northeastern Men's Lacrosse program. Additionally, he is an assistant coach for the Needham Boys Lacrosse Team and works in special education at Waltham High School. He resides in Newton, Ma with his wife , daughter, and two dogs.
