ATLANTA – After pushing its winning streak to seven games with a conference road sweep, Liberty has retained its unanimous No. 1 ranking in the MCLA Division I New Balance Weekly Coaches Poll, which was released on March 29.

The Flames (9-1) dispatched ALC rivals Pitt and West Virginia over the weekend to keep their momentum. Liberty was the top pick on all 27 ballots.

Georgia Tech (9-1) was off this week but retained the No. 2 position. The Yellow Jackets are gearing up for the annual rivalry game with No. 7 Georgia (9-1) on Saturday. A win for the Wreck wraps up a bye in the SELC tournament.

Virginia Tech (10-2) rebounded from its second loss of the season with a win over conference rival Tennessee, sticking at No. 3.

After a two-win weekend, Florida (10-1) remained static at No. 4 with just two games left on the regular season schedule.

Utah Valley (8-1) was idle this week, but the Wolverines managed to gain a spot in the poll and fill out the Top 5.

No. 25 Arizona State (5-5) gets re-admitted to the club this week, pushing Oregon (5-3) out of the poll.
