STANFORD, CA - Stanford Men’s Lacrosse is searching for an Offensive Coordinator for the upcoming 2024/25 season. The lacrosse team is an MCLA program administered through Stanford Club Sports.

Candidates are expected to assist the Head Coach in the day-to-day administration of the lacrosse program.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general team management, with a strong focus on coordinating the offense and setting attainable goals, such as shooting percentage, goals per game, EMO completion rate, etc
• Assisting with daily practice planning, game film analysis, scouting, and game preparation
• Attending conferences and national meetings to improve skills and techniques

• The ideal candidate will have collegiate or high school coaching experience and/or playing experience at a high level

• Open-minded with a hunger to learn and grow as a coach
• Knowledgeable, reliable, confident, and able to run college-level drills and make decisions under pressure

Compensation:

• This position is part-time
• Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

Anticipated Start Date:

• Fall 2024 & Winter/Spring 2025
