Stanford Opens Offensive Coordinator Search
STANFORD, CA - Stanford Men’s Lacrosse is searching for an Offensive Coordinator for the upcoming 2024/25 season. The lacrosse team is an MCLA program administered through Stanford Club Sports.
Candidates are expected to assist the Head Coach in the day-to-day administration of the lacrosse program.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general team management, with a strong focus on coordinating the offense and setting attainable goals, such as shooting percentage, goals per game, EMO completion rate, etc
- Assisting with daily practice planning, game film analysis, scouting, and game preparation
- Attending conferences and national meetings to improve skills and techniques
- The ideal candidate will have collegiate or high school coaching experience and/or playing experience at a high level

- Knowledgeable, reliable, confident, and able to run college-level drills and make decisions under pressure
Compensation:
- This position is part-time
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

- Fall 2024 & Winter/Spring 2025
