BOZEMAN, Montana- The Montana State Bobcats were voted to the top spot in the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Conference (RMLC) Division II preseason coaches poll. The Bobcats who won the conference title in 2025 and the MCLA National Championship in 2024 got five first-place votes and finished a single point ahead of the Air Force Falcons. The Falcons finished second, garnering three first-place votes. The Denver Pioneers were voted third with 26 total points. The Utah State Aggies fresh off a national tournament appearance in 2025 were voted fourth with 30 points. Metropolitan State-Denver and the Colorado School of Mines were in fifth and sixth place separated by a single point. The Wyoming Cowboys rode into seventh place with 59 points. The Thunderbirds from Southern Utah round out the poll in eighth place. The full results of the poll are below.
