ATLANTA – On the strength of a 4-0 week, which included an overtime win over No. 4 Brigham Young, Chapman retained its position atop the Under Armour MCLA Division Coaches Poll.

Chapman expanded its lead over Georgia Tech from last week, turning a two-point margin into a 10-vote cushion. The Panthers boast 19 first place votes to just nine for the second-place Yellow Jackets. Colorado, BYU and Arizona fill out the top five.

On the strength of two wins in the desert against defending champion Grand Canyon and Arizona State, Boston College jumped up six spots to the No. 7 position.

Connecticut and Southern Methodist are the new entrants into this week’s poll, bouncing Florida State and Davenport into the receiving votes drawer.
