The final game of the season is upon us, and it's now time to hand out the Division I hardware at the 2016 MCLA National Championship powered by Under Armour.

In this matchup between No. 1 Chapman and No. 2 Cal Poly, one team is going to reach the summit for the first time and the other will fall short of a crown once again. Neither team has won a championship, but the Panthers have gone to the finals twice (2008, '09) and the Mustangs once (2012).
