The MCLA has at least one program in 44 of our 50 states, and, somewhat shockingly, one of the six states without one is Maryland. It just seems weird that the state with perhaps the most tradition-rich lacrosse history wouldn’t be repped by the only coast-to-coast college lacrosse league in North America.
The MCLA has the Old Line State nearly braced. Pennsylvania (Pitt), West Virginia (WVU) and Virginia (Tech) surround it, and George Washington has D.C. covered, but Maryland has proved a tough nut to crack.
