Colorado State Faces Stiff Sked
FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- It owns the most championships in MCLA history, and now the Colorado State men's lacrosse program will make a push for yet another title on the strength of challenging 16-game schedule in 2017, which was released recently.
The Rams will encounter eight teams that qualified for the 2016 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour, including all four semifinalists -- Grand Canyon, Cal Poly, national champion Chapman and Georgia Tech. In total, 12 of the 16 teams on the Colorado State slate were ranked in the final weekly poll.
Colorado State will open the season with a home date against Dominican on Feb. 19 and conclude the regular season with a home date against archrival Colorado on April 15.
