WCLL Unveils D-II All-Conference

SAN FRANCISCO – The Western Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL) has announced its 2018 all-conference and individual award winners in Division II.

UC Davis led the way with five all-conference first team selections, led by sophomore long-stick midfielder Dominic Piombo, who was named the Defensive Player of the Year.

In addition, UC Davis’ Frank Resetarits was named the WCLL Coach of the Year.

San Jose State George Pertessis was named the Offensive Player of the Year.

UC Santa Cruz, St. Mary’s and three-time defending WCLL champion Sierra Nevada all placed two players on the first team.
