MCLA D-II All-America Teams
ATLANTA – The MCLA All-America committee has poured over the Division II resumès and produced the 2018 All-America teams featuring 97 of the top players in the country.
There were 16 student-athletes placed on each of the first three teams and 49 others made the honorable mention squad.
The Upper Midwest Lacrosse Conference (UMLC), which sent four teams to the national semifinals at the 2018 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour, was heavily represented. Twelve of the 16 spots on the All-America first team were from the UMLC.
National runner-up St. Thomas led all teams with 10 total selections, including four on the first team. Minn.-Duluth had seven picks, with four coming on the first team, as well.
