SALT LAKE CITY -- It was Liberty that pulled the only upset in the second session of the Division I first round at the 2018 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour.
The ninth-ranked Flames knocked off No. 8 Concordia-Irvine to advance to the quarterfinals.
Virginia Tech, South Carolina and Brigham Young also moved on to the quarters.
