Cal Searching for D Coordinator

BERKELEY, Calif. -- The University of California men's lacrosse program has opened a search for a new defensive coordinator for the 2018-19 campaign.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

- Implementing a strong, cohesive defensive system.
- Creating and incorporating drills to ingrain defensive principles.
- Communicating articulately and succinctly both in group and individual settings.
- Inspiring and motivating young men to maximize their potential every moment of every day.
- Uploading and editing practice and game film for player education.
- Assisting with creation of scouting reports and game plans.
- Salary is dependent on experience.
