Michigan State Seeks Off. Coordinator

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- The Michigan State men's lacrosse program has opened its search for an offensive coordinator to assist the team for the 2018-2019 season.

The Spartans are looking to fill this vacancy immediately.

Michigan State is the reigning MCLA Division I national champions. The Spartans are also seven-time CCLA Champions and are a consistent Top 25 team in the weekly Under Armour MCLA weekly poll.

The Spartans will be competing in the newly created Continental Lacrosse Conference for the 2018-2019 season and searching for an offensive coordinator to assist the team with its goal of repeating as national champions.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Individual player development
• Teaching of small-sided and team-based concepts
• Formation of practice plans
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas
• Player feedback
• Formation of game plan
• Assisting in game day facility set-up
• Assisting in camp/clinic operation
• Mentorship of young men
• Assisting recruiting process
