Montana State Unleashes Schedule
BOZEMAN, Mont. -- Montana State, the defending Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Conference (RMLC) Division II champion, has released its 2019 schedule and the 14-game slate will challenge the Bobcats the entire season.
Montana State will play six teams that finished in the Top 15 of the final Under Armour Division II Coaches Poll, including four teams ranked in the Top 5 during a swing through the Upper Midwest Lacrosse Conference (UMLC) in mid-March.
The Bobcats, who finished No. 6 in the final poll, will square off with No. 3 Minn.-Duluth, No. 2 St. Thomas, No. 5 St. John's and No. 1 North Dakota State in a seven-day span.
Twelve of the 14 games on the regular season schedule will occur on the road or at a neutral site, including a contest with six-time MCLA Division I national champion Colorado State on Feb. 17.
