D-I Poll: Still the Bears
ATLANTA – For the third straight week, the University of California at Berkeley is the unanimous No. 1 team in the country according to the Under Armour Weekly Coaches Poll for the period ending March 26.
The Golden Bears (10-0), who have just two games left in the regular season, swept all 21 first-place votes to keep them 24 points clear of No. 2 Georgia Tech (9-0). The Ramblin’ Wreck were idle this week.
In the wake of a 2-0 weekend at the Battle for Baltimore, Liberty (9-0) has leapfrogged Arizona State (9-1) to grab the No. 3 spot by a lone point, leaving the Sun Devils at No. 4.
Chapman (8-2), fresh off a Colorado sweep, remains steady at No. 5.
Georgia (5-4) left the poll this week, making way for the return of No. 24 Oregon.
