SEATTLE – After rolling through the conference slate undefeated, Washington has earned the top seed in the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League Division I tournament, which begins this Saturday in Missoula, Mont.

Both semifinals will take place on Saturday on the campus of the University of Montana while the championship will go off at 2 p.m. on Sunday in Washington-Grizzly Stadium.

The Huskies (7-3, 5-0 PNCLL) will faceoff with fourth-seeded Simon Fraser (3-5, 2-3) in the first semifinal at 4 p.m. on Saturday. The two squads met on the Ides of March with Washington pulling out a narrow, 10-9 victory in Burnaby, B.C.

The late semifinal at 7 p.m. will feature No. 2 seed Oregon (6-5, 4-1) squaring off with third-seeded Boise State (8-5, 3-2). The Ducks traveled to Boise in mid-April and hung a 14-9 loss on the Broncos.

“We’re looking forward to another entertaining Division I tournament,” said PNCLL director Jason Stockton. “Washington is deservedly the favorite, but they will be tested.”

All four of the PNCLL participants will be considered among the at-large candidates for the 2019 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour. The PNCLL does not have an automatic qualifying bid this season.

Admission will be $10 per game or they can buy a weekend pass for $20. Teams in the playoffs have free admission all weekend. No alcohol or pets are allowed in the stadium.

All games will be streamed at www.grizlax.com/video
