ORANGE, Calif. -- The Chapman men's lacrosse team, fresh off its sixth consecutive appearance in the national semifinals, has released its schedule for the 2020 campaign.

The Panthers play a 15-game slate that includes nine home games and eight teams ranked in the final 2019 Division I Coaches Poll. Five of the opponents competed in the 2019 MCLA National Championships.

"We are excited for the 15 games on our 2020 regular season spring schedule," said Chapman coach Dallas Hartley. "With the changes to the SLC conference, we will now play seven SLC conference games for the first time instead of only playing the SLC North in the regular season.

"That will increase our strength of schedule and adds a new element to scheduling and game-planning. Our out of conference schedule remains tough as well with some great home games and difficult road games."

Chapman finished the 2019 season with a 17-3 mark, losing in the national semifinals to eventual national champion South Carolina.
