Offensive Player of the Week
Rob Westwater - Miami
Westwater, a junior from Milton, Mass., has been a captain and starter with Miami for each game this season. In two games on the same day, Westwater was able to put up eight points (1g, 7a), carrying the Miami team to 13-6 wins over both Georgia Southern and North Florida.
Defensive Player of the Week
David Barr - Miami
Barr, playing at his alma mater, The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Fla., was able to help secure Miami’s first win back in the MCLA with nine saves against Georgia Southern. Barr led the way defensively for Miami, as well as with clearing the ball in the win over the SELC rival.
