Honorable Mention All-Conference Defense

BEFORE SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY: Recognized as 2nd Team New Haven Register All-State and All-Conference in football. Lettered in football and lacrosse for West haven High School. PERSONAL: Son of Mike and Gina Gerbase, and brother to Mike Gerbase. FAVORITE ATHLETE: Lawrence Taylor. OTHER EXTRACURRICULARS: Member of the SCSU Men’s Rugby team and serves as Treasurer for the Men's Club Lacrosse Team Executive Board. HOBBIES: Golf and weightlifting. WHY SCSU? I chose SCSU because of its strong reputation and the supportive athletic community, encapsulated in the enthusiastic spirit of "Roll Owls." FUTURE GOALS: To work in a financial firm, applying the discipline and teamwork learned from sports to my professional life.
