High Point Begins Offensive and Defensive Coordinator Search

HIGH POINT, North Carolina -- The High Point University men's lacrosse program is accepting resumes for both the Offensive and Defensive Coordinator coaching positions for the 2024-2025 academic year and beyond.

The responsibilities for both the HPU Offensive and Defensive Coordinators are the following:

• Coordinate with the Captains a practice plan each day
• With the Captains, execute the practice plans each day (3x a week from 6:30-8) with intensity
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Alongside captains, plan both the fall and spring schedules
• With all coaching staff aligned, ensure all GameDay logistics are accounted for
  • Refs
  • Travel
  • Field preparations
• Coach games on weekends in both the fall and spring with all staff
• Bring a new and uplifting spirit to the team that is insightful and garners respect from players while building impactful relationships with them
• Be able to lead the team effectively through all actions listed above if Head Coach Austin Miller is not present
