BALTIMORE, Md. -- Lacrosse Magazine released its preseason Top 20 rankings for MCLA's Division II in its January edition and, not surprisingly, defending champion Dayton and runner-up Concordia (Calif.) take the top two spots in the poll.

The Flyers knocked off the Eagles, 12-11, in the championship game of the MCLA National Tournament powered by Under Armour in Orange, Calif.

North Dakota State and St. Thomas, both members of the powerful Upper Midwest Lacrosse Conference, sit in the third and fourth chairs, respectively, while Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League power Western Washington rounds out the Top 5.
