Northeastern Takes Top Spot in CLC-I Preseason Poll

BOSTON, MA (November 27, 2024) – The votes are in from the Continental Lacrosse Conference that Northeastern takes the number one spot in the Division I Preseason Coaches Poll.
The Huskies ended the 2024 season 11 - 4 and won each of their divisional conference games against Buffalo, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Boston College. They also completed the season with a 9 game winning streak securing the ‘24 CLC Championship.
The second spot in the CLC was awarded to Boston College. The Eagles wrapped up last year 5 - 8. Third place was snagged by New Hampshire with a winning record last season of 7 - 6.
Connecticut, Syracuse, and Buffalo rounded out the D-I conference with 18, 12, and 6 respective points.
