Rhode Island Runs to Top Spot in CLC D-II Poll

KINGSTON, Rhode Island- The Rhode Island Rams coming off three consecutive Continental Lacrosse Conference Division II championships took the top spot in the CLC preseason poll. The Rame took seven first place votes. Bridgewater State the runners-up in 2025 got one first place vote and finished in second place. Columbia, newcomers to Division II, earned 41 points and finished third; a single point ahead of fourth place Maine. UMass-Dartmouth finished fifth. Central Connecticut State, Stonehill, and Southern Connecticut State round out the poll all finishing within five points of each other. The full results of the poll are below:
