DENVER -- Brigham Young is the reigning Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Conference (RMLC) Division I champions and the Cougars have been tabbed favorites to repeat the achievement according to the preseason league coaches poll.
BYU (13-5) snared four of the six first-place votes among the conference coaches to leave the Cougars comfortably ahead of Colorado (11-6), which narrowly grabbed the second spot in the poll.
The Buffs edged out Colorado State (10-5) by a lone point, as the Rams picked up a pair of first place votes. Utah (5-9) rounded out the top four of the six-team league.
