D-II Poll: Top 5 Showdowns on Tap
ATLANTA – The top four teams in the Under Armour MCLA Division II weekly poll remained the same while St. John’s edged up to No. 5, setting up a trifecta of premium games this weekend in the Upper Midwest.
Top-ranked and defending national champion St. Thomas will face No. 3 North Dakota State on Friday night in Fargo while the Johnnies entertain No. 4 Concordia-Irvine on Saturday. The weekend concludes with the Eagles – who received a first place vote in the poll – facing the Bison in Fargo.
Bridgewater State moved up four spots and grabbed a first place vote after downing Dayton this past weekend. The Flyers dipped three spots to No. 8.
UC Santa Cruz entered the poll at No. 24 replacing, replacing UC Davis.
