Senior Thank You: Boston College
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — The senior class of 2020 had their season stolen from them.
For reasons outside of their control, they will never be able to pursue goals for which they worked so hard.
As part of a recurring segment for the remainder of this spring, coaches have the opportunity to thank their seniors one last time.
Continuing the series is Boston College coach Patrick Stanton honoring his 11 seniors.

Although their season was shortened, this group of seniors made the most of the time they were given and have left an enduring impact on the team, their teammates and the coaching staff.
Each of these men is an exceptional teammate and have set the standard for leadership and determination. The coaching staff and the returning players would like to thank them all for the example they provided.
This class put together a very challenging schedule and made sure the team was fully prepared for all the difficult opponents we faced.
They dedicated themselves to establishing Boston College as a perennial powerhouse and, while their championship goals were unable to be fulfilled, they most certainly gained the respect of the league for what they were able to accomplish on the field.
Starting with a season opening trip to Georgia and followed shortly thereafter with a trip to California, we faced some outstanding opponents and saw success thanks to the direction of this class.
These seniors have set the team up for success moving forward having established the blueprint for a successful season.
Off the field, these young men took great care forming a bond among all members of the team. They have made playing for this team a unique and unforgettable part of life at Boston College.
We know they will continue to lead and succeed in whatever field they choose.
To the Senior Class of 2020, from the entire BC Men’s Club Lacrosse family, thank you!
