Senior Thank You: Virginia Tech
BLACKSBURG, Va. - The senior class of 2020 had their season stolen from them.
For reasons outside of their control, they will never be able to pursue goals for which they worked so hard.
As part of a recurring segment for the remainder of this spring, coaches have the opportunity to thank their seniors one last time.
Continuing the series is Virginia Tech coach Panchito Ojeda honoring his one senior.
#10 Chris Weston, Attack
Roanoke, Va. (Cave Spring)
"Weston is an incredible young man," said Ojeda. "As a senior, he was a critical man-up specialist for us, but more importantly he represented what being a great teammate meant.
"He supported his teammates, mentored younger players and was mission critical in our team getting to where we went this year.
"Weston has left this place better than he found it, and his impact will carry into our success next year and years to come.
"Thank you, Weston. You meant a great deal to me and all of the Virginia Tech lacrosse players past, present and future.
