LSA D-I All-Conference Picks

DALLAS – Despite the cancelation of a large part of the season and the 2020 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, the Lone Star Alliance (LSA) has chosen to announce its all-conference selections this spring.

With five players on the first team and 13 total selections, Southern Methodists led the for the LSA this spring.

In addition to being a first team all-conference attackman, SMU senior Graham Gillespie was tabbed the LSA Most Valuable Player and the Offensive Player of the Year.

SMU sophomore goalie Prescott King was named the Defensive Player of the Year while freshman attackman Connor Cheetham was selected as Co-Rookie of the Year. Mustang head man Jason Gildea earned Coach of the Year accolades.

Both Texas A&M and defending LSA conference champions LSU put three players on the first team while LSU freshman Caleb Monzon was also Co-Rookie of the Year.

Texas Christian and Arkansas also posted first-team honorees.
