SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Seals selected former Simon Fraser player Garrett Winter in fourth round of the National Lacrosse League entry draft. Winter was the 52nd overall pick.
Winter, a product of Mission, British Columbia, played in six games for the Clan in 2020. The attackman racked up 11 goals and five assists along with five ground balls in the shortened campaign.
His high-water mark was a five-goal, one-assist performance against Nevada in a 15-14 triumph. He also notched a pair of goals against Santa Clara and Brigham Young.
