ROUND ROCK, Texas – Registration is open for the first annual MCLA Alumni Sixes tournament, which will be held in conjunction with the 2024 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex.

The event will start on Friday, May 10 and conclude the following morning prior to the two championship games.

The Alumni Sixes will consist of an “Open Division” featuring a maximum of 10 teams as well as a “Masters Division” that features ages 30 and up. The Masters team pool is capped at six teams.

Each team will consist of a maximum of 13 field players all using short sticks and one goalie. The games will be played on a shortened field with a shot clock and running-time quarters.

“This Olympic style of play is sure to provide plenty of excitement while also humble a few who might have spent too much time on the couch lately,” said MCLA tournament director Matt Holman. “But seriously, this is a great chance to reconnect with your former teammates while experiencing how far the MCLA National Championships Presented by New Balance have come. We all look forward to this first-ever MCLA Alumni Sixes Tournament.”

The winning Sixes team will have $1,000 donated to the MCLA program they are representing.

Entry fee is $150 with each player costing $75. Cost includes a “player pass” that will be good for admission to the four MCLA semifinals on Thursday and the championship contests on Saturday.

Registration is currently open. Please click HERE to start the process.
