Welcome to Round Rock, Texas MCLA Teams! The MCLA continues its effort to provide manageable housing options for all participant teams, fans and staff present at the National Championships. To ease planning, special discounted rates are available at the listed hotels.
This includes options outside of the "MCLA VILLAGE" for teams that have their own transportation or wish to be more "isolated". Multi-passenger Vans may be secured through the MCLA's official partner, Airport Van Rental, by contacting Ana Ghazarian directly..
THE MCLA "CHAMPIONSHIOP VILLAGE"
CURRENTLY, THE VILLAGE IS "SOLD OUT" FOR SATURDAY ARRIVALS & A WAITING LIST IN GENERAL. DO SUBMIT YOUR FORM HOWEVER.
Lodging within the designated "MCLA Village", booked on a first come - first served basis, includes complimentary ground transportation as listed below.
Phase I, $1,500.00 Includes:
Team invoiced prior to arriving to tournament.
Austin Airport arrivals on 5/4 5/5 & at set intervals. We cannot accommodate any additional arrivals on Sat. May 4, sorry.
Plan your Sunday arrival no later than NOON, to give you time for practice.
Round-trip hotel to field complex for
Sunday practice
Monday game
Tuesday consolation or evening game
Wednesday practice (if advancing)
Drop off at Austin Airport on 5/8, or round trip to practice if advancing teams.
Airport drops on 5/7 contingent on team providing full travel itinerary by Friday May 3rd.
Phase II, $500/day If your team continues past Wednesday, then the rate of $500/day applies & includes:
Thursday's game
Friday's practice
Saturday's game
Saturday evening airport drop off, May 11
Sunday May 12 airport service billed at the "off hour rate" of $900/team. Please plan accordingly.
Phase I acceptance is dependent on a “first come - first served” basis to teams who make a pending reservation in the MCLA Championship Village. Interested teams should reserve their position early as space is limited.
Phase II teams are billed immediately following the event with an invoice due date of May 27.

Yes, there are non-village hotels available to reserve now & confirm once selected to participate.
No, transportation is not included in non MCLA Village discounted properties.
No, service does not include “side trips” of any kind.
Prices are fixed, no reduction for partial service use.
Want to keep your team away from it all? No problem, not everyone enjoys the close confines of the MCLA Village concept. Just be sure to secure ground travel before making this commitment as transportation costs can vary widely (hint: Use the MCLA's new partner, Airport Van Rental (AVR) info above).
