Select from these options if you will provide your own transportation. These hotels have been contracted through Travel Desk, Inc. the official travel partner of the MCLA. Individual teams are responsible for direct payment to the hotel of their selection. You can always start with connecting with Joy Hinson, of Travel Desk Inc, the official MCLA Travel partner.

The Championship Village option is a combination of discounted lodging at one of 5 hotel brand options + heavily discounted ground transportation for Saturday arrivals to Wednesday departures at a set price. Any team advancing after Wednesday will still receive transportation at an additional daily rate.

• First reserved first served basis - Village does sell out!
• Team pays hotel directly for lodging.
• Team is billed & pays the MCLA directly for transportation.
• Only applies to a) rooms booked through Travel Desk, Inc and "within the village"; b) Airport transfers from Austin Airport only (code: AUS); c) ONLY includes Austin airport and hotel to field transfers, no "side trips (meals, sightseeing, etc.).
